Our Hallam branch requires a confident, reliable, mature minded individual with strong computer skills, organisational skills and a can do attitude to join our excellent team and assist with:-

- Customer Invoicing
n
- Customer and job set-up, quoting and administration
n
- Chasing new sales leads - great interpersonal skills & phone confidence required
n
- Management of the customer CRM for our Victorian and Queensland branches
n
- Management of special projects on an Ad Hoc basis
n
- Some marketing/social media management experience would be looked upon favourably to enable you to assist the Marketing Co-ordinator with targeted marketing campaigns

The right fit is essential as you will be part of a close knit small, but amazing, team of professionals managing multiples entities within the group.

As we are a small team we are looking for someone that can also train with and provide backup for other members of the team during peak times.
n
We envisage this as a 4 -5 daypart-time position(25 -30 hrs per week) with some initial flexibility regarding the setting of work hours but the right candidatemust be available to work on Fridays.
