We are currently seeking to find enthusiastic and self-motivated Restaurant Managers and Assistant Restaurant Managers with a passion for the industry, experience in leadership and a sharp eye for detail. The Assistant Manager is responsible for:

- Overseeing the day to day running of the pub in accordance with the Owners' instructions

- Being the point of contact for regulatory bodies
n




- Ensuring that all staff have current RSA certificates and that the RSA registry is up to date at all times
n
- Ensuring the venue is run in a manner compliant to its liquor licence.

Requirements

- Relevant qualification or equivalent work experience

- Experience leading service within a high-quality venue.

- In depth knowledge of food and wine

- The ability to control the financial performance of Supernormal

Salary $80,000 to $90,000 base salary
