We are looking for experienced Disability Support Workers across Colac Vic who want flexible agency work, skilled support and shifts that are matched to what they are genuinely confident doing.

The work can include

n

- Supporting daily living, routines and independence.
n
- Personal care and mobility support where required.
n
- Community access, appointments and social participation.
n
- Supporting clients in home settings.
n
- Following individual support plans, behaviour support strategies and clinical guidance where applicable.
n
- Clear documentation, handover and communication with the broader care team.
n

What we are looking for

n

n
- Relevant disability support experience and/or CERTIFICATE III / IV REQUIREMENT
n
- Current worker screening and checks required for the placement.
n
- Current First Aid/CPR and any role-specific competencies required.
n
- A reliable, respectful and person-centred approach.
n
- A driver licence and reliable transport where the role requires travel.
n
- Confidence to follow support plans, report concerns and escalat
n
