TheGet Set for Work Program is a State Government initiativethat aims to provide skills to high school aged youth to enablethem to successfully transition to furthereducation oremployment.

Your NewRole

Asthe new Get Set For Work Program Coordinator, you will beresponsible for developing,



implementing and evaluating the programto engage participants and deliver programs that meet the needs ofthe initiative. Reporting to the Youth Club Manager, you willsupervise youth development and work with PCYC staff to widenparticipation of Club Members in State Youth Programs. We’recommitted to fostering a supportive, respectful, and positiveatmosphere where everyone is welcome. Every interaction with ourmembers is designed to contribute to their sense of belonging andgrowth. By joining us, you’ll play a crucial role in directlyinfluencing positive change in your community.

AboutYou

- Minimum Diplomaof Youth Work or relevant qualification in the areas ofpractice, or equivalent level experience
- Minimum 3years' experience in social and community sectorprograms
- Ability toeffectively supervise and develop staff andvolunteers
- Hold a currentFirst Aid and CPR certificate
- Hold a lightrigid driver’s licence and a Restricted Drivers' Authority (orability to obtain)
