We're looking for a junior digital content creator to join our growing team in toowoomba.

You don't need years of experience. what we're looking for is someone who is creative, enthusiastic, switched-on and genuinely wants to learn.

You'll work alongside a senior digital content creator, giving you the opportunity to learn from someone experienced, build your skills and gradually take on more responsibility as you grow.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to get their foot in the door, learn the industry from the ground up and build a genuine career in digital content and marketing.

What you'll learn & do

You’ll be supported and trained while getting hands-on experience across a range of digital marketing activities, including:

- creating engaging content for facebook, instagram, linkedin and tiktok

- helping write social media posts, blogs, articles and marketing copy

- creating graphics and social media content using canva

- learning how to plan and manage social media content calendars

- assisting with email marketing campaigns and promotional material

- helping update website content, images and copy

- researching different businesses and industries

- learning how to create content that connects with different audiences

- monitoring social media engagement and learning what makes content perform

- working alongside our senior digital content creator and wider marketing team





- communicating with clients and learning how to understand their businesses and brands

- assisting with general marketing and office tasks

- bringing your own creative ideas to the table

About you

We're not looking for someone who knows everything already.

We're looking for someone who wants to learn.

You might be:

- a social media enthusiast who is always creating content

- a recent graduate or someone who has completed a marketing course

- someone with a natural talent for writing and creativity

- someone who has been creating content for their own social media accounts

- someone who loves Canva, TikTok, Instagram and all things digital

- someone who has dabbled in marketing and wants to turn it into a career

- someone who simply knows this is the industry they want to work in

Most importantly, you will be:

- creative and full of ideas

- enthusiastic and eager to learn

- confident using social media

- a good communicator

- organised and reliable

- comfortable using technology

- a strong writer with attention to detail

Learn from someone experienced

One of the best parts of this opportunity is that you won't be expected to figure everything out yourself.





You’ll work closely with a senior digital content creator who will teach you how things are done, share their knowledge and help you develop your skills.

You’ll learn about content creation, social media strategy, clients, branding, marketing campaigns, websites and much more.

As you learn and your confidence grows, your responsibilities will grow with you.

We’re looking for someone who wants to build something long-term — not just find their next job.

Ideally, you'll have

- Some exposure to digital marketing, social media or content creation

- Basic canva experience

- Good writing skills

- An understanding of social media platforms

- A creative eye

- Examples of content you've created, this could be for yourself, a previous employer, study, a personal project or even your own social media

Experience with wordpress, mailchimp, adobe creative suite, google analytics or ai content tools is an advantage, but absolutely not essential.
