Butterfly Childcare Manly West is looking for experienced Early Childhood Educators to join our long-standing, family-owned service committed to providing high-quality, play-based learning guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). You'll be supported by experienced educators, a full time non-contact Educational Leader, and dedicated Centre Directors who genuinely value quality education and strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, play-based learning experiences guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Support children's safety, wellbeing and dignity
- Create an environment where children are protected, respected, heard and supported to thrive
- Value children's rights, voices and cultural identities
- Actively incorporate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures into practice

About you

- Minimum 2 years' experience as an Educator
- ACECQA-approved qualification, or currently studying towards one
- National Geccko Child Safety Training
- Foundations of Child Safety Certificate
- Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain one
- Current First Aid & CPR,



or willingness to obtain
- Must be 18+
- Caring, enthusiastic and dedicated
