As the business continues to grow, so does the sophistication of our finance function. We’re looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant who can combine robust accounting fundamentals with a genuine passion for systems, automation and smarter ways of working.

The Prospect

This is not your typical Management Accountant role.

You’ll sit at the intersection of finance, systems and operations — delivering high-quality management reporting and analysis while taking ownership of how we optimise NetSuite, ProSpend and the processes sitting behind them.

You’ll become our internal NetSuite expert, identifying inefficiencies, removing manual workarounds and driving automation and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-entity environment.

For someone who enjoys understanding how things work — and then figuring out how to make them better — there is enormous scope to make an impact.

What You'll Do:

Systems & Process Improvement

- Lead the optimisation of NetSuite and ProSpend across the business
- Act as an internal NetSuite subject matter expert, driving enhancements, best-practice utilisation and user adoption
- Review processes across AP, AR and Financial Accounting to reduce manual effort and system workarounds
- Identify opportunities for alignment, standardisation and automation across multiple entities
- Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to redesign workflows and embed system-driven processes
- Identify and implement workflow automation, AI tools and emerging technologies
- Enhance dashboards, reporting capabilities and data visibility




- Own the finance systems optimisation roadmap and deliver measurable efficiency improvements
- Partner with operations to improve productivity, reduce costs and drive operational excellence

Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting and financial analysis against budget and forecast
- Provide actionable financial insights to senior leadership
- Support month-end accounts and ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Own the rolling 12-month cash forecast, actualised weekly
- Manage the Accounts Payable function end-to-end
- Support reconciliation of intercompany ledgers
- Support the broader team with accounting and process queries

About You

You’ll ideally be CA or CPA qualified with strong management accounting fundamentals and hands-on NetSuite experience.

More importantly, you’ll be naturally curious. You’re someone who sees a manual process and immediately starts thinking about how it could be automated, simplified or done better.

You’ll bring strong analytical capability, confidence working with stakeholders across a business, and demonstrated experience improving finance systems or processes.

Experience with NetSuite optimisation, ERP transformation, workflow automation or finance technology will be highly regarded.

Immediate or short-notice availability would be a bonus.
