Fulcrum in Sydney is hiring a sales-minded specialist to manage a portfolio of hundreds of existing customers, moving them to online ordering, and growing spend through proactive calls and campaigns. You will own campaign creation in Klaviyo, segment by behavior and region, write copy, onboard customers to the platform, and balance phone outreach with digital touchpoints to maximise adoption and revenue.

You will prepare quotes, handle dormant accounts, and report on what is working to improve
