About the role:

At Carinity – Brownesholme,we’re committed to providing compassionate, person-centred agedcare that supports residents to live with dignity, comfort, andconnection. Personal Carers work under the direction of theregistered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents inan effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard ofliving is maintained in a pleasant, homelike workplace with agenuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting theirdignity and independence.

You will support customers with a variety of activities in theirdaily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing,food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship,lifestyle interests and reminiscence.

This role requires availability across a 7-day roster, workingmorning and afternoon shifts.

What do you need for the role?





- Certificate III in Aged/Community Care and/or appropriatequalifications and experience
- Willingness to work as a team member, relating to amulti-disciplinary team
- Highly developed verbal and written communicationskills
- Previous experience in a similar role is highlyadvantageous
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
