The opportunity

Join our team as a Cook at MT Warrigal. In this role, you will have a passion for delivering variety of home cooked meals, including desserts, cakes, soups and sandwiches to our diverse community. You will deliver within all aspects of the catering service at our home including budget control, ordering and storing of food items and supporting the direction of kitchen staff.

The requirements

- Temporary part-time 6month contract at Mt Warrigal acrossvarious days.
- You’ll hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery orrelevant skills
- Food Safety Certificate.
- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the preparation offresh bulk cooking
- You’ll have demonstrated ability to order stock withinbudget guidelines
- You’ll have strong understanding of food service complianceand the requirements within the NSW Food Authority




- You’ll have demonstrated experience in the Aged CareIndustry
