The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Caravan Repair Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on trade experience, strong problem‑solving skills, and pride in delivering quality workmanship.

You will work on a wide variety of projects including accident repairs, insurance work, water damage, structural repairs,



modifications, and restorations.

Key Responsibilities

- Caravan and RV accident repairs
- Insurance and warranty repairs
- Structural and body repairs
- Fibreglass and exterior panel repairs
- Water damage and leak repairs
- Interior refurbishment and cabinetry repairs
- Roof, wall, and floor repairs
- Component and accessory fitting
- Modifications and upgrades
- Fault finding and repair planning
- Workshop organisation and maintenance

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Produces high‑quality work with attention to detail
- Has strong practical and problem‑solving skills
- Works independently and in a team
- Is reliable, motivated, and professional
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Has trade or repair experience (caravan, automotive, marine, or related)

Caravan repair experience is highly regarded, but transferable trade skills are welcome.
