SRK Organisation Pty. Ltd. About the Role Pizza Hut Hornsby is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store.

This is a full-time position suited to a strong team leader with experience in retail, hospitality or a fast-paced customer service environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, staff, stock, sales, customer service and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities Organise and control the day-to-day operations of the Pizza Hut store.

Manage stock levels, inventory, purchasing and product availability. Monitor sales, operating costs and store performance to achieve business targets. Develop and implement promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement.

Recruit, train, supervise and develop staff. Prepare staff rosters, allocate duties and monitor employee performance. Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints.

Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, cash handling and other store operations. Monitor store presentation, cleanliness and service standards. Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety and company requirements.





Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, sales and profitability. Lead and motivate the team to achieve store KPIs and business objectives. Skills & Experience 1-2 years' proven experience in hospitality or a similar business environment Relevant qualification in Retail, Hospitality, Business or a related field.

Demonstrated experience in supervising and managing staff. Robust customer service and communication skills. Good organisational and time management skills.

Ability to manage stock, sales and day-to-day store operations. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
