The Company is seeking a Branch Managing Director to lead its Australian business through a high-growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall commercial performance, leadership, and operating health of the Australian branch. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in driving growth, building high-performing teams, and leading organizations through transformation. The Branch Managing Director will be accountable for P&L;, and will lead the execution of local strategy while ensuring alignment with global business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing and executing the annual business plan, driving growth through effective leadership of sales, marketing, and customer experience functions,



and championing the company's values-led culture and sustainability agenda.Applicants for the Branch Managing Director position should be accomplished commercial leaders with senior leadership experience in customer-centric, service-led organizations. Strong sales and marketing leadership capability, as well as the ability to influence senior stakeholders, are essential. The role requires a candidate with a robust commercial acumen, exceptional communication, and leadership skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. While experience in the travel industry is advantageous, it is not essential. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and be aligned with a purpose-led culture, with a focus on customer experience and sustainable growth.
