- Temporary Full Time for up to seven months with possible extension
- Package up to $202,166 pa. Package includes salary range ($154,231 pa to $178,369 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
- Offices based in Greenacre and Alexandria

About the role:

The Manager Digital and Social Media will lead impactful, audience-driven digital media strategies that support the agency's mission to protect lives, property, and the environment. You will manage a specialised team responsible for digital, social media and broadcast content, including the operation of the FRNSW Media Centre for live and pre-recorded broadcast and video production. The role oversees the delivery of multi-channel content that informs, engages, and empowers the public while ensuring brand integrity and strategic alignment.

About you:

- You will have a proven record of achievement leading digital and social media in a complex communication environment
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, develop and deliver digital communication frameworks and content
- Sound understanding of contemporary broadcast and content production across live, pre-recorded, video and audio formats
- Tertiary Qualifications or extensive relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
