What you'll be doing

- Undertaking Responsible Person duties and supporting the day-to-day leadership of the service
- Leading and inspiring quality educational practice aligned with My Time, Our Place (MTOP)
- Mentoring and coaching educators to build capability and confidence
- Driving the programming cycle, critical reflection,



and continuous improvement
- Supporting educators to deliver engaging, child-led experiences that reflect children's interests, strengths, and voices
- Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and the wider community
- Supporting a positive, collaborative, and inclusive team culture
- Contributing to Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) goals and National Quality Framework compliance

What you'll bring

- Certificate III, Diploma, or higher qualification in Children's Services, OSHC, Education, or a related field
- Experience in an OSHC leadership, Educational Leader, Lead Educator, or Responsible Person role
- Strong understanding of My Time, Our Place (MTOP), the National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards
- Confidence supporting compliance and service operations as a Responsible Person
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and relationship-building skills
- Current Blue Card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
