ATS Tough Trailers / Auswide Transport Solutions is looking for a motivated, reliable, and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to join our growing team for an immediate start.

n

This is a full-time position working primarily on semi-trailers, chassis, mezzanine floors, and heavy vehicle components.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Spray painting semi-trailers, chassis, components, and fabricated parts
n
- Surface preparation including sanding, linishing, cleaning, masking, and caulking
n
- Mixing and applying primers, 2K paints, topcoats, and protective coatings
n
- Operating and maintaining spray guns, pressure pots, compressors, and related equipment
n
- Inspecting finished work and completing touch-ups and rectification
n
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
n
- Meeting production schedules while maintaining high-quality finishes
n
- Following all PPE, safety,



chemical handling, and workplace procedures
n

Ideal Candidate

n

n
- Previous experience as an Industrial Spray Painter
n
- Experience with heavy vehicles, trailers, machinery, or large fabricated components
n
- Good understanding of surface preparation and industrial painting processes
n
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
- Reliable, hardworking, and productive
n
- Full working rights in Australia

- Experience with 2K and industrial coating systems
n
