PROJECT MANAGER

Precision Pipe Technologies (PPT) is a growing Western Australian company specialising in drainage maintenance, high-pressure jetting, CCTV inspection, vacuum services and trenchless pipe rehabilitation.

n

Following our continued growth and appointment to key government and utility panels, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, predominantly office-based position at our Malaga premises, with flexible working hours available.

n

The role

n

Working closely with our Operations Manager and field teams, you will coordinate projects from initial enquiry and estimating through to planning, delivery and completion.

n

Key responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing estimates, quotations and tender submissions
n
- Planning and scheduling labour, plant, materials and subcontractors
n
- Reviewing project scopes, drawings and specifications
n
- Coordinating works for Water Corporation, local government and commercial clients
n
- Monitoring project costs, progress and delivery requirements
n
- Supporting operational teams with project documentation and planning
n
- Conducting HSE and quality audits
n
- Preparing and reviewing project plans, SWMS, ITPs and QA records
n
- Managing client communication and project reporting
n
- Assisting with procurement and contract requirements
n




- Supporting the continued development of PPT's HSEQ and project management systems
n

About you

n

The successful candidate will ideally have:

n

n
- An engineering, construction or related technical background
n
- Previous experience within the drainage, wastewater, civil construction or utilities industry
n
- Demonstrated project planning and estimating experience
n
- Knowledge of HSE, quality assurance and auditing requirements
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills
n
- Experience working with Water Corporation and local government clients
n
- An understanding of Water Corporation procurement and contracting processes
n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and changing operational priorities
n
- Strong computer and document preparation skills
n
- Experience in pipe relining or trenchless rehabilitation, which is highly desirable
n
