We are seeking four experienced Contact Centre Systems Technical Leads to join a leading Federal Government Agency. The successful Technical Lead will lead the design, development and enhancement of enterprise cloud-based contact centre platforms, delivering creative AWS solutions that support critical customer service capabilities. You will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a further 12 month extension option and receive a rewarding hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Designing, building and supporting cloud-based contact centre solutions using AWS Amazon Connect
- Developing AWS microservices solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB and Step Functions
- Leading integrations between contact centre platforms and enterprise systems
- Implementing Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines and secure cloud delivery practices
- Providing technical leadership, mentoring and stakeholder engagement across complex delivery programs
Qualifications
- Extensive experience designing and supporting AWS cloud solutions, including Amazon Connect
- Strong experience with AWS microservices, API-led integration and cloud architecture patterns
- Full-stack development experience across front-end applications, APIs and enterprise integrations
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, Git, GitLab and DevOps practices
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions
