You will manage a portfolio of NSW residential conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement, working closely with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.

Key responsibilities

- Managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
- Acting for both purchasers and vendors
- Managing standard residential and off-the-plan transactions
- Preparing and reviewing contracts and conveyancing documentation
- Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Managing electronic settlements through PEXA
- Proactively managing deadlines and progressing matters
- Providing responsive, professional and personalised client service

About you

- Proven experience independently managing NSW residential conveyancing matters
- Experience with off-the-plan transactions
- Experience acting for both vendors and purchasers
- Strong knowledge of PEXA
- Experience with Smokeball




- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Robust written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive, professional and client-focused approach
