We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented Casual Sales Associates to join our Eastern Creek store.

As part of the New Balance team, you will play a key role in bringing the New Balance experience to life, your responsibilities include:

Delivering friendly, personalised customer service and building genuine connections

Driving sales by understanding customer needs and helping them find the right fit

Supporting customers with product advice across footwear and apparel

Maintaining the store presentation in line with Current Balance visual merchandising standards

Assisting with stock operations, including deliveries, replenishment,



and stockroom organisation

Desire to challenge yourself to achieve individual and company objectives.

To be successful you will have:

Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment (highly regarded)

A confident communicator who enjoys working in a team environment

Energetic and positive can-do attitude

Well-presented with a professional approach

Willingness to learn and grow your product knowledge

A keen interest in retail, fashion and sporting trends

Flexible availability across weekdays and weekends.
