Job Description

The Salvation Army in Darwin, NT is seeking a Senior (Complex) Case Manager to lead intensive case work within the Housing Support Program. You will develop person‐centred plans, connect participants to health and community services, and advocate for coordinated care in a trauma‐informed, culturally safe setting.

This maximum term role (to 31 December 2027) offers SCHADS Level 5 pay and works within a multidisciplinary team to support participants facing homelessness and other complex needs.
