Cater Care is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at one of our key business and industry sites in Burton.

n

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hospitality and thrives in a busy, team-focused environment. You'll assist with food preparation, sandwiches and light meals, customer service and general kitchen duties, helping maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assist with food preparation, including sandwiches, light meals and snacks
n
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
n
- Restock food, supplies and service areas before, during and after meal periods
n




- Complete dishwashing and cleaning of kitchen and dining areas
n
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness while supporting smooth daily operations
n

About You

- Experience in kitchen assistance, food preparation, hospitality or customer service; catering experience is advantageous
n
- Reliable, positive and able to work effectively as part of a team
n
- Comfortable working independently and with minimal supervision
n
- Well presented with a robust focus on personal hygiene and professional standards
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused approach
