Dental Treatment Coordinator | Patient Experience & Sales

Aesthetik Dental is looking for a confident, motivated and genuinely people-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding what patients want and helping them move confidently from enquiry through to treatment.

You don't need to think of yourself as a "salesperson" — but you do need to be comfortable having commercial conversations, following up opportunities and asking for the booking when the time is right.

About the role

As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be an important part of the patient's journey from their first enquiry through to treatment.

You'll work closely with our clinical team to understand each patient's needs, explain treatment options clearly and help patients make informed decisions about their care.

You'll also manage and follow up warm enquiries, ensuring that opportunities don't get lost and that every patient receives a prompt, professional and personalised experience.

Your day may include:

- Responding to and following up warm patient enquiries
- Booking new patient consultations
- Conducting consultations in person and virtually
- Building rapport and establishing trust with patients
- Understanding patient needs, motivations and concerns
- Explaining treatment plans and options clearly and confidently
- Helping patients overcome uncertainty and make informed decisions
- Following up patients who are considering treatment
- Working closely with dentists and the clinical team
- Working towards agreed booking, conversion and revenue targets
- Delivering an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to treatment

About you

- Comfortable discussing treatment and investment with patients
- Highly organised and excellent at follow-up
- Motivated by achieving results and exceeding expectations
- Confident handling questions, concerns and objections
- Resilient, proactive and able to manage a busy environment
- Professional and committed to delivering a premium patient experience
- A genuine team player who enjoys working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team

Experience

Previous experience in dental practice exposure, healthcare, medical, cosmetic, beauty or another high-touch customer environment will be highly regarded.

Sales experience is advantageous, but we are more interested in your ability to communicate, build trust and achieve results than your job title.
