A market-leading Brisbane law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Property Lawyer to their highly regarded Body Corporate specialist team. This firm is well known to attract passionate and dedicated Lawyers who enjoy specialising in certain practice groups and becoming an expert in their field. The role:

The firm is open to considering junior to senior-level lawyers (1+ years PAE but open to more years)



with good experience in Body Corporate Law, however, they too would welcome candidates with experience in general Property Law and a strong desire to grow their experience and focus primarily on Body Corporate matters.

This role sits in a friendly team that is proactive about the personal and professional development of candidates who are driven to succeed.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will work alongside the Body Corporate Partners and provide sound legal advice on a broad range of matters including:

- assignments and variations;
- by law reviews and enforcement;
- community management statement advice;
- building management statement advice;
- general body corporate advice and transactional matters; and

You will need:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they have:

- 1+ years' PAE and a deep interest in body corporate law;
- a willingness to learn, take feedback and develop;
- excellent communication and organisational skills; and
- a client-serviced-focused approach.
