About the role

Reporting to the Director, the Graduate (Development) will support the delivery of property, land and housing development projects across the full project lifecycle — from site acquisition and feasibility through to planning, design, procurement, construction and sales.

This newly created position within the Development division will:

- Drive market research and analysis to support informed, strategic decision-making on development and acquisition opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of feasibility assessments, due diligence, financial modelling inputs and business case documentation.
- Initiate and support project briefs, procurement documentation and tender processes across feasibility, planning, design and construction activities.
- Oversee project reporting to support delivery against objectives, milestones, budgets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the GIS Manager and broader project teams, as well as government agencies, councils and industry partners, to identify site opportunities and deliver commercially viable, socially impactful housing outcomes.

Skills and experience

You'll bring:

- An accredited tertiary qualification in a property or business-related discipline (such as land economics, valuation, engineering, architecture, surveying,



planning or commerce).
- Solid verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage time across multiple project rotations.
- Confidence with databases, spreadsheets and general computer applications.
- An adaptable, collaborative mindset and genuine interest in the residential and commercial land development industry.
