Job Description

Working full time over four days alongside our Endodontist, you will play an important role in the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of exceptional patient care. You'll be supported by a passionate team that values collaboration, professionalism and a genuinely positive patient experience.

Key responsibilities

n

Assisting the Endodontist during procedures

n

Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all equipment and instruments are ready for treatment

n

Maintaining exceptionally high standards of infection control, sterilisation and clinical hygiene

n

Providing a warm, welcoming and reassuring experience for patients

n

Preparing and maintaining dental materials, instruments and equipment

n

Cleaning and turning over treatment rooms efficiently between patients

n

Assisting with stock control and ordering as required

n





Maintaining accurate clinical records and assisting with practice administration

n

Working closely with the Endodontist and wider team to ensure the smooth running of the practice

n

Assisting reception team with telephone inquiries and scheduling

n

About you

n

Has previous experience as a Dental Assistant

n

Is a team player and confident assisting chairside and working closely with a clinician

n

Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining an exceptionally high clinical standard

n

Is organised, reliable and able to work efficiently in a busy environment

n

Has a warm, professional and patient-focused manner

n

Demonstrates excellent communication skills
