This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing as soon as possible

Carcoola Primary School (PS) is located approximately four kilometres north of Pinjarra. The school, which still manages to retain a 'country' feel, is part of the South Metro Education Region and Murray Waroona Network.

The Role

The Cleaner in Charge is responsible for inducting, training, leading, and managing cleaning staff including relief staff; monitoring and ordering stock supplies within your budget; maintenance and stocktake of cleaning equipment; undertaking cleaning of allocated internal and external areas; opening and locking the college, including setting the security alarm system and conducting twice daily hand over with the Manager Corporate Services.

The successful applicant will ideally have good attention to detail and will be able to work well with others to ensure a clean and safe school environment. You will ideally be organised, reliable and punctual. The suitable applicant should work well both individually and as part of a team and have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and protected cleaning procedures, methods and practices.

This role has spilt shifts working both morning and afternoon shifts.
