About the role

As a Luxury Sales Associate you will act as a brand ambassador, delivering a personalised and elevated customer experience while building long term client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional, tailored customer service to a luxury clientele

- Achieving individual and store sales targets

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clienteling

- Demonstrating strong product knowledge and brand storytelling
