EOI Change Analyst/Senior Change Analyst

Cathara Consulting is partnering with clients across Perth, Darwin and Hobart on major business transformation programs and we are looking for exceptional Change Analysts to join the journey.

This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, business-critical transformations where you will help organisations understand the impact of change, bring people on the journey, and embed sustainable behavioural and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Undertaking detailed change impact and organisational readiness assessments
- Identifying affected stakeholders, processes, systems and ways of working
- Supporting the development and delivery of change, communication, training and engagement plans
- Gathering and analysing stakeholder feedback, adoption data and readiness insights
- Developing explicit reports, dashboards and practical recommendations
- Supporting workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement activities
- Identifying resistance, risks and adoption barriers
- Tracking change activities, outcomes and benefit realisation
- Working closely with project teams, business leaders and change managers to embed lasting change

About You

- Experience supporting complex business, technology, process or operating-model transformations
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills




- The ability to translate complex information into clear insights and practical actions
- Experience developing change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, readiness assessments and adoption measures
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR
- A collaborative, adaptable and outcomes-focused consulting mindset
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, information technology, human resources or a related discipline
- Experience across government, health, utilities, resources or other regulated and asset-intensive sectors will be highly regarded
