About the role

The Supply Chain and Pricing Analyst will be responsible for demand planning, inventory management, supply coordination and pricing analysis across Parts and Accessories. The role will ensure optimal stock availability, support effective supply chain execution and provide pricing and margin insights to support commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities

- Manage replenishment planning for Parts and Accessories to maintain optimal stock availability across distribution centres.
- Translate demand forecasts into purchase orders, balancing service levels, inventory investment, supplier lead times and working capital requirements.
- Monitor inventory performance, safety stock levels and reorder parameters, identifying opportunities to optimise stock holdings and improve availability.
- Maintain Parts and Accessories fill-rate targets across distribution centres through proactive inventory planning and supply management.




- Review and manage back orders and supply risks, working closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to minimise customer and dealer impact.
- Manage inbound shipment customs clearance, ensuring shipments are cleared and delivered to the warehouse within required timelines.
- Analyse demand patterns, forecast accuracy, seasonality and inventory trends to identify planning gaps and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement and Customer Service teams to ensure timely product availability and efficient supply chain execution.
- Manage, process and monitor inbound shipments and supplier delivery performance, escalating critical shortages and developing appropriate mitigation plans.
- Develop and present inventory, supply chain and pricing reports using Excel, Power Query, SQL, VBA and ERP systems to support operational and management decision-making.

About you

- Experience in demand planning and stock turnover, including analysing historical data and market trends to forecast demand.
- Knowledge and experience in international freight and shipping, including customs clearance.
- Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to build financial, inventory and forecasting models from scratch.
- Experience in product margin analysis and budgeting.
- Intermediate to Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide practical business insights.
- Solid attention to detail, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with ERP systems and supply chain/inventory management systems.
