WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

n

As a Solutions Engineer, you will be a hands-on technical lead for CX and cloud-native solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Designing, developing,



and supporting Amazon Connect-based customer experience solutions
n
- Building backend services and APIs to integrate CCaaS platforms with core systems
n
- Managing serverless cloud architectures in AWS, including Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and API Gateway
n
- Maintaining technical documentation and contributing to deployment and testing standards
n

n

You will collaborate closely with solution architects, CX specialists, and delivery teams to ensure systems are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS serverless architectures
n
- Experience integrating cloud systems with enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Dynamics)
n
- Solid understanding of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and cloud deployment processes
n
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cloud or CX solutions engineering
n
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
