Uniting AgeWell is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to deliver focused home-based services to older clients under SAH and STRC programs. You will work to maximise independence in the community with a client-centred approach and collaborate with a large OT team.

Ideal candidates will have tertiary OT qualifications, AHPRA registration, and a commitment to values-based, person-centred care in community aged care. Australian working rights and police clearance are required.
