Internal Sales and the office manager own the day-to-day running of the office and drive sales performance. You'll combine hands-on office management, mentoring a small, still-developing team, and real ownership of how quotes get followed up and won. This role is for someone who likes fixing things, building simple systems, and seeing results.

Key responsibilities

- Managing day-to-day office operations and acting as the first point of contact for the team.
- Supporting and mentoring fellow staff, helping build capability across the office and sales team.
- Owning quote follow-up — from fast turnaround on entry through to consistent, timely follow-up with customers.
- Advising on and implementing new sales office procedures that people actually use.
- Build relationships across the full customer set: wholesalers, contractors, end users, architects, consultants and residential customers.
- Setting achievable goals and tracking progress.
- Spotting manual, repetitive tasks and finding ways to automate or simplify them.

About you

- Experience in office management, sales support/operations,



or a similar hands-on coordination role.
- A natural mentor — comfortable supporting less experienced staff without micromanaging.
- Strong organisational skills and a proven track record of building or improving processes.
- Confidence in talking to a wide range of customers, from tradies to architects.
- A practical, get-it-done attitude — this is a small team, so you'll be building things, not just maintaining them.
