Job Description

This is a flexible casual position of approximately 20 hours per week, with the option to work conveniently from home under a hybrid working arrangement. You will take ownership of our social media presence and help develop engaging content and marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Key responsibilities

n

Create engaging social media content including photos, videos, Reels and Stories.

n

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers and sales.

n

Plan, film and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok.

n

Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

n

Maintain and update our Shopify website, including uploading new arrivals, product information and images.

n

Research current social media trends and identify opportunities to increase organic reach.

n

Develop and manage influencer marketing campaigns and collaborations.

n

Identify suitable influencers and content creators for brand partnerships.

n

Monitor social media performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

n

Maintain a consistent visual identity and tone across all social media platforms.

About you

n

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

n





Proven experience creating engaging Reels and short-form video content.

n

Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social media advertising.

n

Strong understanding of social media strategy, content planning and audience growth.

n

Good knowledge of Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.

n

Excellent visual and creative sense.

n

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

n

Desirable: Experience in influencer marketing and managing influencer collaborations.

n

Desirable: Experience in eCommerce, retail or product-based businesses.
