Key responsibilities

- Carrying out general plumbing maintenance and repairs across small commercial properties
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues
- Attending reactive maintenance and service call-outs
- Completing preventative maintenance and scheduled works
- Repairing and maintaining toilets, taps, valves, pumps, pipework and fixtures
- Identifying issues and providing practical solutions
- Liaising professionally with clients,



tenants and site contacts
- Completing job reports and relevant documentation
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintaining a clean, professional presentation on-site

About you

- Holds a current Plumbing and Gas fitting Licence
- Proven experience in plumbing maintenance, preferably within a commercial environment
- Confident working independently and managing multiple jobs
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- Strong communication and customer service skillsReliable, punctual and well presented
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Holds a current driver's licence
- Comfortable using technology to complete job reporting and communication
