Genus Infrastructure is a leading Australian infrastructure services company delivering major projects across the energy, resources and infrastructure sectors.
n We're looking for experienced Electricians to join our Clean Energy Link North Project in Eneabba, WA, working a 2:1 DIDO roster with 11-hour days.
n This is a great opportunity to join a major renewable energy infrastructure project and be part of a team delivering critical infrastructure that will support Western Australia's future energy network.
n About the Project The Clean Energy Link North Project is a major renewable energy infrastructure project strengthening Western Australia's electricity network and supporting the integration of renewable energy into the grid.
n The project includes the construction and upgrade of transmission lines, substations and terminals across a large-scale infrastructure corridor north of Perth.

About the Role

n

As an Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering electrical works safely, efficiently and to a high standard across the project.
n Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Carry out electrical installation works across transmission, terminal and substation environments
n
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics and technical documentation
n
- Complete HV and LV cable installation, glanding, terminations and testing
n
- Undertake electrical testing and fault finding as required
n
- Complete inspections and ensure works meet project specifications and quality standards
n
- Complete QA documentation including ITPs, check sheets, test records and redline mark-ups




n
- Identify and rectify defects and non-conformances
n
- Work closely with Supervisors, QA and commissioning teams
n
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and housekeeping
n

About You

n

We're looking for experienced Electricians who take pride in their work and want to be part of a major infrastructure project.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Australian Electrical Licence
n
- Experience working on major infrastructure, resources, transmission, substations or terminal projects
n
- Experience with HV/LV electrical installation and cable works
n
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
n
- Strong commitment to safety and quality
n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a project team
n
- Previous FIFO/DIDO or remote project experience will be highly regarded
n
