Seeking a Customer Success Lead for a 12 month contract. This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Customer Success Framework, including providing expert advice on change management and adoption of current IT products and services.

Key Responsbilities

- Lead the development and implementation of the Customer Success Framework, including change management, user adoption strategies, and business readiness assessments.
- Plan and deliver communications, awareness campaigns, training programs,



and go-live activities to support the successful rollout of new IT products and services.
- Monitor and evaluate change adoption through post-implementation reviews, gap analyses, benefits realisation reviews and adoption reporting.
- Provide expert advice on change management and IT service adoption, while building strong stakeholder relationships

Essential Criteria

- 5+ years change management (including communications) experience
- Experience, preferably within corporate systems, cloud, network, infrastructure or AI, data and integrations
- Strong change management and customer adoption expertise, with experience delivering successful outcomes for new technology implementations.
- Postgraduate qualifications (or progress towards them) in Information Technology, Training, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and extensive experience.
- Change or project management certification, particularly Prosci, is desirable.
