Required Experience:
n
n
- Minimum 6 months in a Barista role
n
- Excellent Customer Service & a positive attitude (is a MUST)
n
- Can work well in a team and work with other baristas on the machine.
n
- Have Hospitality experience and be able to serve customers and be able to do other jobs in the shop if needed. (eg, serving, making sandwiches, help open/ closing shop)
n
- Take direction well
n
- Punctual & Reliable
n
- Well presented & qualified
n
n
Role Responsibilities:
n
n
- 1. Role will primarily be for a Barista, cleaning cofffee machine, have excellent knowledge of it and learn new techniques and learn different drinks (eg, Matcha, juices, Mont Blanc)
n
- 2. Will also be expected to be able to serve customers and may be required to help doing other roles such as sandwich chef, serving customers, setting up shop etc...
