- You will oversee a diverse portfolio ensuring that lease conditions are met, payments made and properties maintained according to lease and legislative requirements.

- As a Property Portfolio Officer in the Leasing Transactions team is responsible for the management and administration of a portfolio of leased out properties for social housing and program delivery.

- Administer Community Housing Leases for Homes Victoria.

- Monitor and contribute to leasing portfolios that deliver effective services to renters and the community.
