The Opportunity

This is an experienced, client-facing position responsible for the end-to-end management of a well-maintained residential portfolio.



You’ll be supported by a structured team environment that includes dedicated Leasing and BDM professionals—freeing you up to focus on relationship management and strategic portfolio oversight.

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Full management of a residential portfolio, including inspections, maintenance, rent reviews, and lease renewals
- Arrears control, compliance, breach notices and VCAT representation
- Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords and tenants
- Maintaining high standards of communication, reporting and client care
- Contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

About You

You are a polished and experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio independently and thrives in a fast-paced, professional setting. You are highly organised, have strong commercial acumen, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

You Will Bring:

- Proven experience managing your own Property Management portfolio
- A current Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate (or full Licence)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- A polished,

- Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- 1 in 4 Saturdays – with additional remuneration
