The Opportunity

- Lead commercial and financial modelling for bespoke municipal tenders, converting operational and customer inputs into decision-ready pricing and P&L; outputs.
- Modernise legacy models and manual processes to improve cycle time, capacity, traceability and confidence in commercial decisions.
- Challenge assumptions and test sensitivities to identify commercial risk, margin leakage and opportunities to strengthen tender outcomes.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance and municipal stakeholders to align modelling inputs, pricing logic and approval recommendations.
- Present and defend commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders, supporting informed decisions on material, long-term contracts.

About You

- Background in commercial pricing, commercial finance, revenue management, bid pricing, or a similar strategic commercial discipline.
- Ability to influence and present recommendations to Executive leaders across Sales, Operations and Finance.
- Exposure to complex tenders, bespoke service offerings or long-term contract portfolios.
- A track record of improving manual, inconsistent or legacy commercial processes and bringing stakeholders on the journey.




- The ability to challenge assumptions, identify commercial risks and opportunities, and translate analysis into explicit, practical recommendations.
