Hands‑on daily production of sourdough, viennoiserie, pastry and pies based across Berrima and Moss Vale kitchens, depending on production needs. You will own production runs end to end: scaling, mixing, shaping, baking, quality and consistency, support recipe development and help bring new lines into production, and work alongside a small, skilled team where everyone contributes.

About you

- Proven experience as a baker or production chef in a comparable role — this is essential, not a training position
- Confident working from scratch across a broad product range
- Punctual, reliable and genuinely committed




- Happy with an early morning start
- Able to relocate to or reliably commute within the Southern Highlands, with your own transport
- Takes pride in the product and holds a high standard without being asked
