Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver – Mt Kuring-gai

Full time Hours | Monday–Friday | Casual to Permanent Opportunity | Immediate Start

Our client is a well-established, owner-operated Australian manufacturer and distributor of high-performance lubricants based in Mt Kuring-gai.

Due to continued business growth, they are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver to join their friendly team.

This position is initially offered on a casual basis working full-time hours, 5 days per week, with the opportunity to become a permanent position for the right person.

We're looking for someone who enjoys being part of a small team, takes pride in their work and is happy to pitch in wherever needed.

This is a hands-on warehouse position involving regular manual handling, so you will need to be physically fit and comfortable lifting and moving heavy loads.

Your duties will include:

- Operating the packaging line
- Loading and unloading containers
- Operating a forklift
- Picking and packing customer orders




- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Preparing dispatch documentation
- Coordinating freight and deliveries
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised warehouse

To be successful you will need:

- A current forklift licence
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience loading and unloading goods
- Good attention to detail
- A reliable work ethic and positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a small team
- Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake regular manual handling
- Reliable availability Monday to Friday

Location

The warehouse is conveniently located in Mt Kuring-gai and is accessible by public transport.
