We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Branch Manager to lead our Brisbane dealership. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for the overall performance of the branch, including Service, Parts, customer experience and safety, while overseeing a team of approximately 90 employees.

n

We're looking for a leader who puts people first, leads by example and creates an environment where employees feel supported, valued and accountable. You will play a pivotal role in strengthening capability across the branch while ensuring protected, efficient and customer-focused operations.

As the leader of the Brisbane site, you will work closely with employees, customers and stakeholders to drive sustainable growth, improve operational performance and foster a positive workplace culture.

What you'll be doing

n

- Lead day-to-day branch operations across Service, Parts and customer-facing functions.
n
- Build a people-first culture that promotes engagement, accountability and development.
n




- Champion a proactive approach to safety and wellbeing across the branch.
n
- Coach and support frontline leaders to strengthen capability and performance.
n
- Deliver financial, operational and customer performance targets.
n
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
n
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legislative requirements and OEM standards.
n
- Foster collaboration and accountability across the branch.

What we're looking for

n

n
- Proven leadership experience within automotive, heavy vehicle, transport, industrial or service-related operations.
n
- A genuine people-first leadership style with a track record of coaching leaders, developing capability and building engaged teams.
n
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
n
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
n
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets and commercial outcomes.
n
- Strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Commercial acumen and the ability to make sound business decisions using operational data.
n
- Heavy vehicle or commercial vehicle industry experience will be highly regarded.
