We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Support Consultant to provide ongoing application support across Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).

n

This is a support-focused role, working across BAU issues, troubleshooting, configuration changes and minor enhancements. You will help ensure the platforms remain secure, effective and aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Provide BAU support across SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve system and user issues.
n
- Perform configuration changes and minor enhancements.
n
- Investigate incidents and identify root causes.
n




- Work with business users to understand and resolve issues.
n
- Manage support requests through to resolution.
n
- Maintain clear documentation of issues, solutions and system changes.
n
- Support testing and deployment of approved changes.
n
- Provide guidance and knowledge to business users where required.
n

Skills Required:

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding (ONB).
n
- Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors application/support environments.
n
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
n
- Experience with configuration and system enhancements.
n
- Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders and end users.
n
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
n
- Australian Baseline Security Clearance is essential.
n
- Available to start at short notice.
