Digital Marketer - Google Ads, SEO & Social Advertising

We are a well-established and growing plumbing business on the Mornington Peninsula. We're looking for a talented and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to attract the right audience, increase online visibility and turn digital campaigns into measurable growth.

You'll take ownership of our digital marketing activities across Google Ads, SEO, and Social Media Advertising, developing and optimizing campaigns that generate quality leads, sales, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Develop, manage and optimize Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns
n
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search trend research
n
- Improve website rankings through effective SEO optimization
n
- Develop and execute paid Social Media Advertising campaigns across platforms such as Facebook and Instagram
n
- Create and optimize landing pages and conversion pathways
n
- Analyze Google Analytics, Search Console and advertising platform data
n
- Identify opportunities to increase organic traffic, leads and conversions
n
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations
n




- Stay up to date with changes in SEO, Google Ads, social platforms and digital marketing trends
n

About You

n

You'll be a proactive digital marketer who combines creative thinking with strong analytical skills.

n

You'll ideally have:

n

n
- Proven experience in Google Ads / PPS
n
- Strong knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization
n
- Experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising
n
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console
n
- Experience with conversion tracking, campaign reporting and performance analysis
n
- Strong written communication and content skills
n
- A commercial mindset focused on measurable results
n
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns
n
- Experience working with Australian Businesses and local SEO is highly regarded
