PHYSIO ON GROUP is seeking an experienced or confident early-career physiotherapist to join our Officer clinic. This is a flexible part time position for a clinician who enjoys musculoskeletal physiotherapy, values professional independence and wants to provide high-quality care without double-booking or an excessive daily caseload.

THE ROLE
n
You will assess and treat a mixed caseload that includes:
n
n
- Private musculoskeletal patients
n
- WorkCover Victoria clients
n
- TAC clients
n
- NDIS participants
n
- Medicare Chronic Condition Management clients
n
- Sports, post-operative and persistent pain presentations
n
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Conducting comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments
n
- Explaining findings and treatment recommendations clearly
n
- Developing evidence-informed treatment and rehabilitation plans
n
- Providing manual therapy and progressive exercise rehabilitation
n
- Completing clinical notes, reports and insurer documentation promptly
n
- Communicating with GPs, specialists, insurers and other stakeholders
n
- Managing your caseload with appropriate clinical independence
n

ABOUT YOU
n
Essential requirements:
n
n
- Current general AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
n
- Full Australian working rights
n
- Strong communication and patient-education skills
n
- Sound musculoskeletal assessment and clinical reasoning
n
- Appropriate professional indemnity arrangements or willingness to obtain cover
n
- Ability to complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
n
n
At least two years of physiotherapy experience is preferred. However, we will consider an exceptional early-career physiotherapist who can demonstrate initiative, clinical reasoning and readiness to work with increasing independence.
