Operating on a 24/5 schedule, we offer stable, ongoing contract work with flexibility across multiple shift patterns.

Key Responsibilities

- Load Asphalt via PC: Comfortably use computer systems to manage and dispatch asphalt loads.

- Radio Communication: Clear and professional communication with truck drivers via UHF radio to coordinate moving traffic.

- Plant Maintenance: Roll up your sleeves for general maintenance and regular cleaning to keep the plant running smoothly.

- Autonomous Work: Confidently work alone during shifts while strictly following site rules and operational procedures.

Excellent verbal communication skills are essential for managing truck flow and safety cues.
