We are looking for a registered Psychologist or Social Worker to step into a uniquely rewarding, flexible role as a Behaviour Support Practitioner in the Casula area, working alongside our allied health team to provide a holistic, comprehensive approach to client care. This is a growth opportunity that can evolve into a Leadership/Management position, and the possibility to manage a Behaviour Support team.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs)
- Design, implement, and review comprehensive, evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans tailored to NDIS participants
- Deliver agile parent, teacher, and support team training to ensure strategies are integrated across home, school, and community settings
- Collaborate closely with our Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic, multidisciplinary care
- Ensure all behaviour support delivery complies with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines and frameworks

About you





- A qualified and registered Psychologist (AHPRA registered) OR a qualified Social Worker (AASW eligible/registered)
- Must be registered as a Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at a Proficient level (or higher)
- Demonstrated experience conducting assessments and writing Behaviour Support Plans
- A passionate, community-minded individual who values strong relationships with families, schools, and care teams
