Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Full-Time Intern Pharmacist to join our team at the beginning of 2027. This internship offers a fantastic prospect to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmacy setting, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment. You will also have the opportunity to work with the owner of the Pharmacy to learn about the managerial and ownership side of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in dispensing medications and providing accurate medication information to patients.
Professional Services:
- Preparing weekly patient medications packs
- In-store medication reviews
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
Requirements:
- Completing a Bachelor degree or Masters in Pharmacy, leading to provisional registration as a Pharmacist with AHPRA in 2027
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Previous experience working in a Community Pharmacy will be highly regarded
